Fun time with the kids and [worn out] musical instruments again at the Festival of Book this afternoon. Too busy cleaning up mouth pieces of the woodwinds & brass this time that I couldn't *play* the violin -o-
Bought 3 books there--haven't had a chance to read novels since I started college, and even if I did pick up one at the library, I didn't have time to finish it. Now final exams are over so that's great! One more day of freedom before I start APPE rotations. Anyway, the authors I met at the book fest are cool~
Finally finished making a tote bag after about 20 hours of sewing!! My fingers are still trying to recover from the *trauma*, but I'm so happy with the final product!

I screwed the practice stations yesterday morning....It's counted toward our final exam grade and it hurts when I know I did awful...
HOWEVER(!!!!):
I received the Natural Medicine recognition award yesterday. It was kinda a surprise! Unlike receipients of the other awards at the ceremony, I had a reference book instead of cash... Well, it's good in a way that I wouldn't waste money on useless stuff ^-^
CVS invited interns in my class to Keeneland yesterday afternoon to talk about employment after we graduate... Warm & sunny afternoon~ just nice hanging out & watching the horses & people's nice outfits. It's only a little more than a year away before we go to the "real world" :S Don't feel like making a decision that can impact the rest of my life now... BTW, our regional manager is a super cute guy... >3< (is that a strategy to employ more pharmacist since 70% of those graduating are girls??)
Pretty nice weather today, too. Bad Bad Bad that I gotta work 12 hours this weekend & this leaves me little time to study for my 3 exams next week >0< (>>>>>>panic attack<<<<)

Had our last lab ever this morning. Glad that it's over, but I'll probably miss it sometimes...
The new LKS historian has taken over. It has been really fun being the historian this year. Gotta decorate my *toy* (bulletin board) and take snap shots of people at different chapter events. I'll certainly miss that >o<
Got my first Lifehouse CD today. Love it!!! Hanging By A Moment, Quasimodo, Sick Cycle Carousel... =^.^= I plan to get their other albums soon.
Wow, I did much better than I expected on my exams last week. Feel like I'm a slacker now since I haven't caught up studying these last few days...
Finally borrowed Wolf's Rain the manga from the library. The drawings are sooooooo awesome!!! The main characters are all too handsome (!!!) and the girls are all pretty (these girls lower my self-esteem...lol). Toboe does look like a girl, but he's cute ^.- A neat story too. Really want to watch the anime version sometimes (the librarian said that he loved the anime, so I hope it's as good as or even better than the manga).

too much

eewe... too much food intake lately! Went to AppleBee's last night and ate the entire pizza appetizer. Hate eating late at night but it was my friend's birthday... (and half-price appetizer after 10pm).

Went to Cheesecake Factory again today, in Louisville this time. Tiramisu cheesecake~~~ YUM!!! Chocolate mousse cake is awesome, too~~~ Ate appetizers as entrees again. TOOOO much!

Really really slow in the pharmacy last night...should've brought my homework so I could get that done by today. My preceptor asked me which CDs (the ones he burned me) I like best: "Counting Crow, R.E.M., U2"-I replied. "No Dave Matthews??"-he asked. I thought I broke his heart cuz Dave Matthews Band is his ultimate favorite...
