the trumpet has blown off my mind
Fun time with the kids and [worn out] musical instruments again at the Festival of Book this afternoon. Too busy cleaning up mouth pieces of the woodwinds & brass this time that I couldn't *play* the violin -o-
Bought 3 books there--haven't had a chance to read novels since I started college, and even if I did pick up one at the library, I didn't have time to finish it. Now final exams are over so that's great! One more day of freedom before I start APPE rotations. Anyway, the authors I met at the book fest are cool~
Finally finished making a tote bag after about 20 hours of sewing!! My fingers are still trying to recover from the *trauma*, but I'm so happy with the final product!

I'm using it a lot now during my pharmacy practice rotation. Black seems to look professional and goes well with most outfit ^-^

WOW!!! I just love that bag!!! I reall, really have the urge to learn how to sew now that I have seen your awesome tote bag. If I saw a tote bag like the one you made in a store I'd totally buy it. :) Daisy where did you find the time to make this cute bag? You're the busiest bee that I've ever know!
Do you have a design plan to help you while sewing? How long have you been sewing? Was it hard to learn how to do? I loved to learn how to sew your tote bag. I want to learn to sew because I have designed some outfits that I'd to actually have them made.
