Scary...

First time in the pharmacy have I seen a highly suspicious drug abuser came in when I am at work... such a creepy looking middle-aged man o_o~~~ (he doesn't even need any make-up and can scary a bunch of people on Halloween......) The conversation between him and the pharmacist lasted for over 15 minutes and I heard that we might need to call the police if we couldn't resolve the matter... Anyway, no 911 was dialed and we filled the prescription...

no time...way behind

I felt miserable after the video counseling this morning... Never have enough time to do what I'm supposed to do. I'm 100% certain that I can't pass the competency...
