Well, after about 14 and 1/2 hrs of flight from Chicago, I'm now in Hong Kong. As usual, jet lags don't seem to bother me but my mom and brother woke up several times last night.
I only watched one movie during the flight--the Phantom of the Opera. I got some reading assignments done. They played 3 tracks (just 3 tracks...) from Rob's newest CD in one of the in-flight audio channels and I listened to them 3 times (just kept wearing the headset until the entire program repeated and repeated...).
Today, I got a perm and highlighted my hair. It took 4 hours to have the whole thing done. After that, I had some toasts for lunch (at about 3:30pm) ^-^ I'm happy with my hair now and I like the color very much!

Nice to hear you made the long flight to Hong Kong! 14 and 1/2 hrs how did you do it? lol Don't worry soon you will have Rob's CD to play over and over again at your own listening pleasure. Curtesy(sp?)of your friend Kimberly. I'm going to the store tomorrow to get it and then send it the fastest way I can to Hong Kong. ^.^
From May 29 to the 31 I had this horrorable eye infection. My left eye was matted with this cole crud most of the time I couldn't see out of my eye! Me and my were calling the stuff eye bunnies and I'm happy to report now the bunnies have left the left eye!! And if that wasn't bad enough my mom had to go twice to the ER back to back May 29 and May 30 because she was having what the docs think are little mini strokes. I've been watching over my mom because she still doesn't feel all the way back to normal. I'm going to write all about it in my blog when I feel up to it. It's been a very stressful few days to say the least.
May 28 would have been my sister Stephanie's 32 birthday. I think that's one of the things that lead to mom having those mini strokes is because she had Stephanie on her mind.
I want to see your hair! Can you mail me a pic?

Ooops.. I forgot something else I wanted to say. lol
I was at a pawn shop today and I got the Pirates of the Caribbean DVD. Love this movie!!^.^ Man was it ever hot today nearly fried my a$$ off in the car. We haven't fixed the AC yet,but trust me we will! It's a pretty good car we bought for 3 hundred dollars that doesn't go in reverse. lol
It's gonna be a hot summer in LA this year. I also got another copy of both Savage Garden albums.
Do you have any of the SG albums Daisy? The reason I'm asking is I have a CD burner on this laptop. And I though I might make you a CD with some of what I think are there best songs.
Really what I'm saying is I'm dying to try out the CD burner and I need someone to send a CD to. lol

Hope your eyes and your mom are getting better.
Certainly I'll send u a pic of my hair when I have one. Don't know if the color will show up right though. The hair stylist told me that the color shouldn't fade for at least one month, but I doubt it...
I've listened to SG. I like some of the songs but I've never own an album. If you don't mind, will u burn me a CD? Thanks a lot ^-^

This morning I mailed you the Rob Thomas CD, a CD I burned with Savage Garden songs and of course a cute birthday card all for ya!!^.^
The lady said it should get to you in about a week or so. Let me know when it arrives ok?
I'm sorry it has taken this long to get it mailed to you. I've been helping my mom run her errands. She doesn't like to drive by herself sometimes since she had her stroke.

Hey Daisy!
How are ya feeling now? Cough any better? What did the doc say? I've been having pains were my stomach is I barely touch my stomach and it hurts. It's been like this for 3 days now.
And down were my intestines are and stuff feel the same way. I think know what might make my intestines cramp(you know how it feels when you have gas trapped those type of cramps)because I think I have IBS. The pain has eased some today,but it's got me kinda scared you know.
ooh thank you,thank you(million and two times over!!!!!!)Daisy for getting me that book!! I don't mind that the InuYasha book is in Japanese. As long as it has InuYasha in it I don't care what it's written in. lol Since it is in Japanese you probably can't tell which InuYasha movie it's from. Yeah there's more then one InuYasha movie. lol But not to worry as soon as I see the book I'll know which movie. hee hee
